How fast can I expect changes?

You’ll experience changes in the first week. You are learning skills to use in the moment, so you will feel changes immediately. The bigger changes work over time, and we’ll map out a path together as you go through the program. If after one week in the program it does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund.

What is the schedule for live classes?

You have the option to upgrade with a live zoom class membership whenever you are ready (details sent to you upon enrollment in the program).
With this membership, you'll get 10 live sessions per month (for $195/month):

  • weekly practice sessions with Sue (2x per week)

  • monthly workshop with Sue

  • weekly trauma resolution sessions with trauma therapist Linda

Yes. You'll get an orientation session to help you navigate the platform and to help you assess where you should start with the material. Your path through it will be shaped and changed as you interact with the material and with me. So when you’re stuck, I can guide you in the right direction.

What happens after 12 months? Will I still have access to the materials?

You'll have lifetime access to the 10 bonus course ($1,475 value)

Is there an option to work through the materials on my own, without the live classes?

You are not required to attend the live classes. The are included in the program to give you full support, as I have found that ongoing conversations develop the work for participants in important ways.
